Eggs ------ Wallace Springs Farm is pleased to be able to offer you ethically produced farm fresh brown eggs from our New Hampshire, Barred Rock cross hens. Our happy hens are free run in the winter and free range run in the summer and managed according to our Wallace Springs Guiding Principles. Eggs are available only farm gate at $4.50/dozen ungraded (good size eggs). Supply is limited at this time, but please contact us as most times we may have a few spare dozen.

Poultry ------ We are pleased to offer Heritage Chicken and Turkey meat birds via our Own Your Poultry Program, we do not raise these animals "on spec." any longer as we have found this market to be just too unpredictable.
